I'm really terrible at LJ. I've been on IJ more simply because it's where all my RPG journals are now, so, yeah. Either way!

Here is my journal and for those who I haven't found, you should all friend me, because I feel like I haven't talked to some of you in FOREVER simply because I neglect my LJ. Which isn't cool. :( Sorry.

Either way. Life is a'okay at the moment, transferring to a new school although I don't technically know where yet which is BAD I know but I just can't go back to Hartford. And I'm getting a job soon, well two jobs, but one is only two days a week or so, so whatever. Umm. I've been knitting a lot, and writing a lot, and it's been fun.

Yeah. :D

Going awaaaayyy for another week, hopefully I'll have some internet this time, but most likely not. Ah well, beachtime will be good! Just finished watching season 2 of Supernatural, and EEEE, so in love with the series. I'll probably watch it again since I was kind of distracted with room cleaning while I watched some of the episodes, but ah well. YAY.

Not much else to say, so I guess I'll end this here.. Just wanted y'all to know what was going on incase I disappear for the week.

Attention Supernatural Fans!

Hee. So I downloaded a zip file that had about 30+ classic rock songs that have been in the series Supernatural, and I found that the person had slipped in a song called "The Ballad of Jensen and Jared". And I'm not even a Jared/Jen or Sam/Dean shipper or anything, but this song is SO funny, I had to post it for you guys to download. I promise it's worth it. Because it's all kind of true. Heh.

I was just given the link to "a copy of Deathly Hallows". On sendspace. As a zipfile.

I didn't download it, I don't want to read anything that claims to be it before I get an actual copy of the book, but how EFFED UP is that, that it's on the interwebs already? Or that someone is sending out something and saying it is.

A small part of me is tempted, but I don't want to be spoiled, at all.

Even if I'm going to be on vacation starting THE DAY it comes out, then I won't be back online until a week later. If you fandom peeps get random phone calls with me asking if you're done reading yet so we can talk about it, that is why. XD. Seeing as I read HBP from start to finish at midnight the day it came out last time, I plan on doing the same thing with DH. BUT. I promise not to spoil anyone to anything, I'll always ask first. Just to get that out of the way, hehe.

But yeah, summer's been pretty good, although I just can't WAIT for BE to start up. Can't say that enough!

OKAY. Now that I have some time. Let's go over this movie. Heh. I'll try to keep it in order, but well.

- Dudders. AHAHAHAHA. He's trying so hard to be so gangster, and it's hysterical. "They deserved it" was too good.
- Mrs. Figg. AWWWW. Please be my grandma? I love cats, bring them all over.
- TONKS. HOW COOL IS TONKS. Why wasn't there more Tonks? Seriously. She's all "Hey I'm so coo-*TRIP*" and it was perfect. I love her to pieces and why wasn't there more Tonks?
- Moody's broom, hahah. There's no way that thing could fly, it had a million and one attachments. So good.
- Kingsley. Could they make him more badass? Seriously.
- Sirius. Heh. I think I have a crush on him, if not just because of the velvet jackets. XD
- Lupin looked really Not Good. Which is how he's supposed to look, but it made me sad.
- Luna is PERFECT, although I'm still holding a stupid grudge because I never pictured her with raellyblonde hair. She's supposed to have light brownish hair. But oh well. The actress is just too precious, and everything she did was lovelyyy.
- The thestrals reminded me of dinosaurs.
- Draco's hot, the end.
- Nirvy McG so SHOULD HAVE popped a cap in Umbridge's ass. UGH that woman was so perfect I HATED HERRR.
- The entire DA having to do blood lines of doom. OMG. HATE.
- The DA in general I thought was all done really well. Patronuseses were fantastic, I love Ron's and Luna's. Poor Seamus and Neville. XD
- KITTENZ. Yeah, this is basically what I thought of. Click.
- Dean being so tall, Neville being SO TALL, and Seamus, bless him, is so short. Hahaha. His accent makes him sexy though, so, win.
- UMM. Angry Fred and Angry George are definitely ~~sexy~~ a force to be reckoned with. Although their exit wasn't as I pictured, it was good for the movie's sake.
- Sirius getting crucio'd made me more upset than his death. Maybe because his death went so fast, and then the veil wasn't what I was expecting. How it was like a weird river-like thing? Not into that. I thought it was a curtain that, like a bad magic trick, you went in one side and didn't come out the other. Eh.
- That battle was AMAZZING though. The flashes of spells and seeing Neville all "PAH, HEX" at one point when the camera was panning, and and Luna's mouth bleeding like that. Eeeeeehh.. Made her seem kinda creepy that she didn't even touch it or seem to notice, but. I guess that's in her character? Eh.
- Lucius was just wonderful, Bellatrix scared me and I loved her. My girlcrush on that actress probably helped too, but like. Her expressions and her voice and everything, I loved it.
- "Friendship, something worth fighting for, blehdebleh" how tacky was that? I mean, I know that's pretty much what Harry comes to realize, but. If they're going to get him possessed in such a like, intense way, then make him say cheesy things, it ruins it. Well, did for me.
- Lupin had such a tiny part in his. His script was basically like "Hi, Harry" then "Thinks look bad, Harry" and finally "Don't jump in that archway, Harry" and that was really it. I felt like all the adults had such tiny parts.
- Except Arthur Weasley, and let me just say that maybe it's because I play him now, but ARTHUR COVERED IN BLOOD IS NOT OKAY. NOT. OKAY. That got to me more than Sirius' death too. I only say this because I really thought that would make me cry. But it just went too fast, like it does in the book. Though I covered this already.
- "NICE ONE, JAMES" ....Oh my god. I can't tell you how much I loved that line. LOVED that line. And Harry just gave him a look, then back to dueling.
- But I'm so, so, so disappointed with Snape's Worst Memory. I think that was the one thing I talked about more than anything before seeing the film, and it was like. Not even a minute long. They must have deleted a big chunk of that, because Lily wasn't even there. Sigh. So sad.
- And finally, for now, they should have put in the Bat-Boogey hex for Ginny, so that, um, Parvati could be the one to do the Reducto/Reducio, whichever one it is, during the DA meeting like she's supposed to. Except she was supposed to turn a table to dust. Either way, that's just me obsessing. -_-

I guess that's all for now. I know I missed some big parts that I'll add randomly, though I might go see it again on Tuesday, if not just because I'll be able to go for free. Hehe. We'll see though.

I'm still very EEE about my dress, even though prom is over, because it's so different than anything I usually wear. Haha. Some of my LJ friends have seen these pictures a million times already because I've cross-posted this in my other journals, but yeah. I had a wonderful time at prom, and yay.

On the fandom side of life, there really should be a Yule Ball type of HPcon, that'd be incredible, and I'd do ANYTHING to get to go. But yes. That's just me wanting to hang out with all my HP!online friends in my prom dress. Heh.

So I started an a cappella group on campus, heh. All-female, and there are actually a good amount of girls interested, and we're having our first unofficial practice tomorrow night, and I'm really effing nervous. Even though we all know it's just for funsies tomorrow, just to sing some warmups and get to know each other, it's still the first impression. The first time we're all actually singing together as a group. Everyone seems excited, and I really am too, but I just hope it goes over really well.

I just needed to get that off of my chest, hehe.

That seemed appropriate, for some reason. I think it's mostly because I'm a bit tired, hehe. But anyways. LAWL at that. And then not so much lawl, because I have to play the part of Good College Student again and not RP so much for a bit. I'm getting nervous about my grades. I mean, just..looking at the work I've gotten back, I feel like I have all As and Bs. But I felt like that after the first half of LAST semester too and that backfired. So we'll see.

I just wish Microeconomics wasn't so foreign to me so I could actually..remember the stuff we learn for the tests? Oh, and Philosophy, I wish we were allowed more FREE THOUGHT, than like, 'Let's listen to our Professor talk about PLATO for three hours on a Monday night when you really just want to be watching The Black Donnellys'. SERIOUSLY.

But complaining about it won't make it go away, SO. I'll just go nap instead. Heh.

Okay, so this is mostly for myself, and only somewhat fandom related, but I seem to only remember Very important Things at 4AM, so. Here we go.

Things To Do Over Spring Break
- Sort out RPG stuff. (applications, drops, plots, yadda)
- Change Philosophy to pass/fail. Depending on how I do on my test on Monday. YIKES.
- Ask for midterm grades from ALL of my teachers.
- Asking Smiling Rhino about a job. If they're not hiring, internship.
- If I only get an internship, LOOK FOR A SUMMER JOB.
- ~~Snog my boyfriend senseless~~ ..Spend lotsa time with Tommy Lee.
- Stop being sick, that sounds good.
- Stock up on iron pills.
- Keep up with the working out thing. (I've been going to the GYM lately! Weird, innit??)
- Buy more 'pretty' clothes. Yeah. The classic Chrissy Sweatshirt/Jeans look is starting to bore me. Ack.
- Ask about Piano Lessons.
- Ask about a Wii.
- BEG AND PLEA WITH PARENTS FOR A WII.
- Talk to Miss Polan about TOP SECRET A CAPPELLA THINGS.
- HANG OUT WITH HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS. I miss them. :(
- Relax? Yes. That too.

There we go. I guess that's it. Life's been way busy with school things, and it's kind of great to actually have stuff to do here. And there's still so much more I haven't been getting to because, well, sick, and kind of lazy sometimes, and I need to learn how to manageme my time better, honestly. Like how I have a paper due on Monday, in Philosophy, that I'm not even sure what it has to do with, and a paper due on Monday MORNING, for English, even though I missed the class on Friday due to Flubugthing.

SDkgjbSKJLGb. I've never been so stressed over my grades, but I have to be. Because, well, I wish to stay in Hartt.

...Oh yeah, I don't know if I ever officially put it here, but I got into the Hartt School. :)

Okay, so I haven't updated in forever, but that's because I've been busy! School is totally back in the running, and I've been trying really hard to keep my grades up. And I'm doing a play that goes on this weekend (Vagina Monologues, fun stuff!) so I've been busy with those practices. And a social life too, that's still going strong. Either way though! The reason for my update is because of the coolness that is my DORM. My SINGLE DORM, because SATAN moved out.
